The Wyoming Senate voted 20-10 in favor of legislation that would allow law-abiding citizens to carry concealed weapons without a special concealed carry license. If the bill becomes law, Wyoming will be the fourth state, along with Alaska, Arizona and Vermont, to allow Constitutional Carry. Cam Edwards speaks with NRA-ILA Wyoming and Arizona State Liaison Matt Dogali who says it will be a few weeks before the legislation goes to a House vote, but it should move quickly after that. In other news, Dogali talks about some pro-gun bills that are up in Arizona this session. Originally aired 1/26/2011.
