NRA-ILA Wyoming State Liaison Matt Dogali talks with Cam Edwards about the good news from his state where House Bill 113 is moving to a senate committee since passing the House with an overwhelming 42 to 15 vote. This bill, referred to as a "Constitutional Carry Bill," would allow law-abiding citizens to carry firearms without a concealed carry permit. However, Dogali explains, it does not provide that there are not still requirements to carry firearms-people must first prove they are trained and familiar with firearms usage before they have legal permission to carry by state law.
