Criminal should have been in jail when the hit-and-run occurred. On tonight's Deal of the Day, Cam Edwards tells a sad story from California where Isaac Hudson, a World War II Veteran, was hit and killed by Arthur Lee Clark, Jr. who was driving erratically at the speed of 50 mph at the time instead of serving time behind bars. Despite repeated charges of violating probation, driving with a suspended license, possessing a firearm and possessing and distributing drugs among other things, Clark was free to commit this fatal crime having only been released for his latest offense six weeks before. On the day he walked, law enforcement officials had asked that he serve 16 months in prison and instead he was given time served.
