Brian Aitken, father, successful media consultant and legal gun owner, fell subject to "a perfect storm of injustice" while moving from Colorado to New Jersey. Police officers arrested him for having two unloaded handguns locked safely in his trunk, which is illegal in New Jersey unless someone is in the process of moving, as Aitken was. Aitken was sentenced wrongfully to seven years in prison. However, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie has recently commuted Aitken's sentence to time served. Ginny Simone, Cameron Gray and John Popp of NRA News speak with Aitken's attorney, Evan Nappen, about the good news. Originally aired 12/20/2010.
