The Wisconsin legislature has passed a bill that will allow law-abiding citizens the right to licensed concealed carry for personal protection. Governor Scott Walker is slated to sign the legislation into law on July 8, 2011, making Wisconsin the 49th state in the U.S. to allow right-to-carry. Ginny Simone speaks with Brent Gardner, NRA-ILA WI State Liaison, who says there is already interest from the public to begin the application process for permits. Originally aired 6/24/2011.
