Out of more than a million votes cast in Wisconsin for the Supreme Court elections, Deputy Attorney General Joanne Kloppenburg is leading sitting Supreme Court Justice David Prosser by a small, 204-vote margin. Though Kloppenburg has announced victory, the votes are almost certainly headed to a recount, and her announcement is premature.
