The Wisconsin Senate has passed right-to-carry legislation that will allow licensed, law-abiding citizens the right to carry concealed firearms for personal protection outside of the home. Lawmakers have been struggling for 10 years to push this legislation through. Cam Edwards speaks with NRA-ILA Wisconsin State Liaison Brent Gardner who urges gun owners to contact their representatives in support of the Personal Protection Act so that it will make it to Gov. Scott Walker's desk this session. Originally aired 6/14/2011.
