A Wisconsin District Attorney claims that the new right-to-carry law in the state will endanger police officers since they won't have a running database of the law-abiding citizens who own guns for routine assignments. Ginny Simone speaks with Brown County Sheriff's Captain Randy Schultz who says standard police procedure is to approach everyone as though they are armed one way or another, so the D.A.'s point is moot.
