Van Hollen authorized to file amicus curiae brief for Chicago case. Cam Edwards speaks with Wisconsin State Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen about his request to file the brief supporting Second Amendment incorporation in the McDonald v. Chicago Supreme Court case. In the state of Wisconsin, Van Hollen had to obtain permission from the governor or a legislative body in order to file, and he was granted authorization from the state legislature. He says he is an outdoorsman and an advocate for Second Amendment incorporation.
