On this edition of Deal of the Day, Cam Edwards shares a story from Washington where Rey Alberto Davis-Bell has been sentenced to 123 years for the murder of Degene Dashasa and the attempted murder of three other people during a shooting spree that occurred in 2008. Dashasa's widow has filed a lawsuit against the state, claiming that they neglected to maintain adequate supervision over Davis-Bell despite his long, violent criminal history and the procedure that was supposed to be followed to supervise him upon his last release.
