The Wisconsin Supreme Court elections had a surprising voter turnout, and State Representative Scott Suder tells Cam Edwards that the vote has really come down to the issue of which candidates support gun rights. Suder also talks about the recent proposal for a Micro-stamping Bill that would require that all semi-automatic handguns sold in the state have micro-stamping technology that imprints serialization numbers on ammunition. Suder says this bill is "dead on arrival" because they simply are not going to let this expensive, unproven method of gun control pass through the legislature. Originally aired 4/5/2011.
