Steve Halbrook, Second Amendment attorney and scholar, joins Cam Edwards to discuss the Washington, D.C. city council's decision to ease some of the handgun registration requirements in the nation's capital. One of the restrictions being lifted is the ballistics test, which would require gun owners to bring every firearm that they wanted to register to the police station to have them tested by law enforcement. Halbrook and Edwards also discuss other logistical nightmares for gun owners in D.C. since the Heller decision. Originally aired 12/07/2011.
