As Wyoming moves to sign Constitutional Carry legislation into law and the New Hampshire Speaker of the House signs off his support for a similar bill, Utah's version of the legislation that would allow law-abiding citizens to carry firearms without a special permit is hitting a few snags. Cam Edwards speaks with Utah State Representative Carl Wimmer who says the bill is not dead, and it will be brought back, though perhaps with some amendments.
