Gun advocates in Utah have noted that Constitutional Carry legislation is a top priority for the January 2011 session. Constitutional Carry would allow law-abiding gun owners in Utah to carry concealed weapons for self-defense without a special licensing requirement, similar to laws already in place for Arizona, Vermont and Alaska. Cam Edwards speaks with Clark Aposhian of the Utah Concealed Carry Review Board who says this law will be a "normal progression of lawful self-defense." Originally aired 10/11/2010.
