Tomorrow, a House subcommittee will hear H.R. 822, introduced by Representatives Cliff Stearns (R-FL) and Heath Shuler (D-NC). H.R. 822, a National Right-to-Carry Reciprocity Bill, would enable millions of permit holders to exercise their right to self-defense while travelling outside their home states. Cam Edwards speaks with John Frazer of the NRA-ILA Research and Information Division who explains that it is constitutionally justified to pass this law, and it would work similarly to a driver's license. Originally aired 9/12/2011.
