A measure passed by the Emeryville City Council in California would ban anyone between the ages of 18 and 21 from entering a gun store where handguns are sold and would also require a biannual inventory of all firearms possessed by the dealer. The ordinance is backed by the anti-gun group Legal Community Against Violence (LCAV) though it violates the constitutional rights of California gun owners. Ginny Simone speaks with NRA/CRPA Attorney Chuck Michel about the legal and constitutional deficiencies involved with this measure and battle to overturn it.
