Two criminals walk free after putting a man in critical condition. On tonight's Deal of the Day, Cam Edwards shares a story from Chattanooga, Tennessee where 19-year-old Joshua Daniels and his uncle, Kelvin Daniels, have been released with nothing more than suspended sentences after nearly killing a man in January 2008. Both Joshua and Kelvin Daniels were originally charged with attempted murder, but were able to plea bargain down to aggravated assault and facilitated aggravated assault respectively.
