On Monday, November 15, 2010, the U.S. Court of Appeals will hear oral arguments for the "Heller II" case challenging the constitutionality of outrageous gun restrictions that were implemented in Washington, D.C. in the wake of the 2008 D.C. v. Heller decision. Heller v. D.C. contests these prohibitive firearm regulations that include bans on "assault weapons" and "large capacity ammunition feeding devices," 3-year registry expirations, fingerprinting, ballistic tests and restrictions for the vision-impaired among others. Cam Edwards speaks with Attorney Steve Halbrook about the case. Originally aired 11/11/2010.
