Former United Nations Ambassador John Bolton talks to Ginny Simone about the bizarre politics of the United Nations, which has named Libya to the Human Rights Council and Iran to the Commission on the Status of Women. Bolton explains that such outrages also happened during his time at the UN, but the Bush administration recognized the fundamental weaknesses of the international body and worked to position American allies against enemies. He says that the current administration is allowing hostile regimes free reign to fight American interests and is showing signs of willingness to participate in an international arms treaty that could curtail American gun rights.
