The third meeting of the Preparatory Committee for the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty has concluded the negotiations for the outline of the treaty terms. However, Theodore Bromund, Margaret Thatcher Senior Research Fellow at The Heritage Foundation, writes that there are still major problems with the treaty that "cannot be fixed." Cam Edwards speaks with Bromund about his article "The U.N. Arms Trade Treaty: Still Seriously Flawed" and his conclusions that the U.S. should withdraw its support. Originally aired 7/22/2011.
