Wisconsin senate reviews microstamping and lost-or-stolen bills. Cam Edwards speaks with Jordan Austin, NRA-ILA Wisconsin State Liaison, about a hearing in the Senate Judiciary Committee today for Senate Bill 174 that would require newly sold handguns to microstamp a unique code onto the cartridge case upon firing. Austin reports that the review went well, and he says that the opposition even made an admission that exposed the real incentives behind the anti-gun legislation. Senate Bill 367, mandating that gun owners report lost or stolen firearms within a 48- hour period after the incident, was postponed until next week. Now is the time for NRA members to write their legislators against these two bills.
