NRA-ILA California State Liaison Ed Worley tells Ginny Simone that two burdensome gun-control bills have passed out of committee in the Assembly and will be voted on soon. Assembly Bill 1810 would create an expensive long-gun registry despite the state's failing economy and the negative example set by Canada's similar registry. And Assembly Bill 2223 would enact a ban on lead ammunition for supposed environmental concerns, although scientific evidence does not support the negative impact of ammo claimed by anti-gun activists.
