On this edition of Liberty Update, Tim Lee, Vice President of Legal Affairs at the Center for Individual Freedom (CFIF), joins Cam Edwards in studio to talk about current issues in politics and news. Up for discussion this week: the government shutdown has been averted, and President Obama is re-doing his budget proposal-being that he proposed virtually no cuts the first time around. His new proposal will, however continue to propose tax increases though gas prices and food inflation continue to burden American citizens. On the other hand, rising prices of gas and food are also taking away from Pres. Obama's once stellar popularity as the 2012 elections approach. Originally aired 4/11/2011.
