Tim Lee discusses the idea of a "living, breathing U.S. Constitution."

On today's Liberty Update, the director of Legal Affairs at the Center for Individual Freedom (CFIF), joins Cam Edwards in the new studio to share his thoughts on whether the Constitution is and should be a changing, evolving document as time progresses. According to Lee, the liberal concept of a "living constitution" has many "touchy-feely" connotations that gloss over the fact that the Founders anticipated amendments to be made and therefore set up a complex process for conservative change through three government branches.
