On tonight's Civil Rights Roundup, NRA Deputy General Counsel Stefan Tahmassebi talks to Cam Edwards about the prospects for the United State Supreme Court's ruling in McDonald v. City of Chicago, which will likely be delivered either tomorrow or Monday. He predicts which justices will likely be offering written opinions and explains the questions of constitutional theory that they will be analyzing. If the Supreme Court does rule in favor of the incorporation of the Second Amendment, the precedent already established in District of Columbia v. Heller will apply to the entire nation. Tahmassebi says that litigation over gun control would continue, but supporters of the Second Amendment would be fighting on firmer ground. Originally aired 6/23/2010.
