Supreme Court's decision in U.S. v. Stevens will affect hunters. On tonight's Civil Rights Round Up, NRA Deputy Council Stefan Tahmassebi explains how this First Amendment federal criminal case will have consequences for sportsmen who take cameras on their hunts. The trial involves a statute passed in 1999 that bans depictions of animal cruelty. Tahmassebi explains that everything from instructional videos to snapshots could currently mean a five-year prison sentence for anyone involved in the making, buying or selling of the medium.
