On this edition of Civil Rights Roundup, NRA Deputy General Counsel Stefan Tahmassebi talks to Cam Edwards about a recent decision by the U.S. Supreme Court to deny certiorari in the case of Revell v. Port Authority. The problem began in 2005 when Gregg Revell was wrongfully imprisoned after his flight was delayed in a New Jersey airport. He had reported the legally owned guns he was travelling with in accordance with the rules and was arrested. He brought a lawsuit against the New York and New Jersey police since he was protected by the Firearm Owners Protection Act (FOPA) from their actions. Originally aired 2/2/2011.
