Several Second Amendment incorporation cases could be heard. Cam Edwards speaks with Attorney Steve Halbrook as the Supreme Court prepares to decide which cases will be heard in the 2009 session. NRA v. Chicago (and Oak Park) and Maloney v. Cuomo are among the many cases to be reviewed, and any one of them, if chosen, could put the incorporation issue to rest. Halbrook explains that only a small percentage of the cases are chosen for review each year, but he thinks there is a decent chance that at least one involving the Second Amendment will move forward.
