Anti-hunting nominee for "regulatory czar" may not see a vote. The U.S. Senate was slated to vote this afternoon on the nomination of Cass Sunstein to head the of Information & Regulatory Affairs, commonly called the "regulatory czar" position, but Greg Lawson of the U.S. Sportsmen's Alliance tells Ginny Simone that the decision will possibly be delayed or undetermined. Cass Sunstein has a history of opposing hunting and Second Amendment freedom, and his opponents are concerned about the impact that he could have on the sport if put in office.
