The Colorado Supreme Court recently ruled that the University of Colorado (CU) Board of Regents did not have the authority to ban concealed carry on college campuses due to state preemption laws banning 'local governments' from regulating firearms. Cam Edwards speaks to David Burnett of Students for Concealed Carry on Campus (SCCC) who says this decision likely means that no college in the state will be able to ban firearms.
