Concealed carry licensees will now be allowed to carry their legally-owned firearms on the University of Colorado (CU) campus. The university was sued by Students for Concealed Carry on Campus (SCCC) for violating state preemption laws permitting the right of law-abiding citizens to carry concealed weapons for self-defense. The Colorado Court of Appeals unanimously reversed a lower court decision to uphold those laws, rejecting all arguments raised in favor of the ban. Ginny Simone speaks with Attorney Jim Manley of the Mountain States Legal Foundation about the great news in Colorado.
