Man once involved in a 2004 murder is charged for weekend brawl. On tonight's Deal of the Day, Cam Edwards tells the story of Joel Hall, 20, from Norwich, CT, where a fight at Sully's Café left several people stabbed and wounded. Hall has been charged with second-degree assault, first-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree breach of peace, in addition to violating his probation for his involvement in the 2004 murder for which he had plea bargained the charge down to hindering the prosecution and three years in jail with three years' probation for the crime.
