Fresno County Superior Court Judge Jeffrey Hamilton recently ruled in favor of the NRA and the California Rifle & Pistol Association (CRPA) concerning a lawsuit brought against a restriction in Assembly Bill 962 that would have banned mail order ammunition sales and required all purchases of so-called "handgun ammunition" to be registered. Judge Hamilton ruled that the statute was "unconstitutionally vague." Cam Edwards speaks with California Civil Rights Attorney Chuck Michel about the victory while in attendance at SHOT Show 2011 at Sands Expo & Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. Originally aired 1/19/2011.
