Wisconsin is currently one of only two states that do not have Right-to-Carry laws on the books, but this year legislators are working toward rectifying the problem, and recent local cases have reinforced the need for these laws. Cam Edwards speaks with Jordan Austin, NRA-ILA Wisconsin State Liaison, who says that several judges have ruled in favor of gun owners who have been victimized by the current firearms laws and decided that bans on concealed carry are unconstitutional on both the state and federal level.
