Jeffrey Muller, 61, the owner of J&G Pet Foods, was kidnapped last January, tasered and tied up by criminals who mistook him for a different Jeffrey Muller. He escaped and his assailants were caught, but he now has to testify in the case against them. Fearing for his life after his ordeal and because of his involvement in the upcoming trial, Muller has requested a concealed carry permit, but two judges have turned him down claiming that he does not have "justifiable need." Ginny Simone speaks with Muller and his attorney, David Jensen, who wonder who, if not Muller, can meet the "justifiable need" requirement for concealed carry permits in New Jersey.
