A new Rutgers-Eagleton poll reports that 49 percent of residents of New Jersey support Governor Chris Christie's veto of A2006, also known as the "Magazine/Gun Ban Bill." It would have limited magazines to no more than 10 rounds, and would have effectively banned small-caliber long guns. Christie removed gun control language in his conditional veto, and substituted mental health language. Scott Bach, executive director of the Association of New Jersey Rifle and Pistol Clubs, describes the skew of the poll, despite its positive result. Originally aired on the Sportsman Channel 8/19/14.
