After an attack last October, Sheriff Chuck Wright of Spartanburg County, South Carolina told reporters that women should obtain concealed-carry permits and carry firearms for personal protection. This month, a robbery suspect was shot and killed at a local Waffle House by a man carrying concealed, and the sheriff applauded the gun owner. Sheriff Wright tells Cam Edwards that Michael Brown, the lone Democrat on the Spartanburg County Council, has objected to the Wright's pro-gun statements. Originally aired 1/25/2012.
