Filmmaker who investigated Mexican drug cartels reports. Rusty Fleming, producer of the documentary Drug Wars, speaks by phone with Ginny Simone about a recent initiative to fight corruption in the country's law-enforcement sector. The Mexican government pulled all 700 of its border customs agents, replacing them with 1,400 agents who are said to be more thoroughly trained and vetted. Fleming applauds the move but says that it is ultimately "a drop in the bucket," and that corruption must also be fought on the judicial, penal and political levels.
