On tonight's Civil Rights Roundup, NRA Deputy General Counsel Stefan Tahmassebi talks to Cam Edwards about a case in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Gregg Revell was traveling between his home state of Utah and Pennsylvania with a firearm, counting on a federal statute that should have protected him as long as he remained in compliance with the firearm laws of both states. When he was unexpectedly delayed in New Jersey, Revell was arrested for carrying a firearm without a state-sanctioned license. The Third Circuit Court of Appeals recognized the difficulty of his situation but ruled against him, and Tahmassebi disputes the fairness of this decision.
