Several Right-to-Carry bills have been proposed in the Illinois state legislature, and the issue is becoming a hot topic among lawmakers' conversations. Cam Edwards speaks with Richard Pearson, Executive Director of the Illinois State Rifle Association, who says it has been a slow process to get carry laws on the books in his state, but after a 16-year effort, several court cases in their favor and some new congresspersons elected, gun owners may see some results this session.
