On this edition of Deal of the Day, Cam Edwards shares a story from Providence, Rhode Island where Jason Wayne Pleau, 33, may face the death penalty after killing a gas station attendant in an armed robbery. Pleau was out on parole after being charged with two counts of robbery, two counts of conspiracy, burglary and assault with a dangerous weapon and sentenced to 30 years in 1997. Despite brutally assaulting a prison guard and receiving 39 disciplinary bookings in prison, Pleau was released on parole in September of 2009. Originally aired 7/29/2011.
