Ohio House Bill 45 has been passed by the House State Government and Elections Committee. This bill would allow residents to carry firearms in restaurants that serve alcohol and reduce the standards of carrying a firearm in a car. Jim Irvine of the Buckeye Firearms Association says every anti-gun amendment was defeated. The Right-to-Carry Reform Bill is now onto the full House for an upcoming vote. Originally aired 3/16/2011.
