Congressman Joe Walsh of Illinois talks with Cam Edwards about the vote in the House on the National Right to Carry Reciprocity Act of 2011 (H.R. 822). The bill would allow for concealed carry permit holders to travel to other states and have their permits recognized similar to out of state driver's licenses. The bill has passed in the House and Rep. Walsh says that he would like to see Illinois become the final Right to Carry state so that permit holders could carry concealed in IL if H.R. 822 passes in the Senate as well.
