Cam Edwards rolls video of Congressman Bill Pascrell of New Jersey during the debate on the National Right to Carry Reciprocity Act of 2011 (H.R. 822) in the House. Rep. Pascrell spoke out against the bill, and that he preferred "community policing" and also voiced concerns about police force reductions. Edwards says that the decreasing number of police officers proves that individuals have the responsibility to protect themselves. Originally aired 11/16/2011.
