Cam Edwards rolls video of Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee of Texas during the debate in the House on the National Right to Carry Reciprocity Act of 2011 (H.R. 822). Rep. Jackson Lee proposed an amendment to the bill, which would create a national database of concealed carry permit holders. Rep. Trey Gowdy responded to the proposed amendment, stating that criminals will simply ignore the regulations and the amendment would only infringe upon the rights of the law-abiding.
