Ohio Gov. Ted Strickland has promised that he would sign Senate Bills 247, a Restoration of Rights Bill, and 239, a Restaurant Carry Bill, if they pass through the legislature during this lame duck session. However, the Democrat-controlled House has refused to hear, much less vote on, these pro-gun bills. Cam Edwards speaks with Ohio State Rep. Danny Bubp who is working on a discharge petition to bring SB 247 and 239 to the floor. The petition needs 50 signatures from Ohio lawmakers, and Rep. Bubp urges Ohioans to contact their representatives as soon as possible. Originally aired 12/3/2010.
