Cam Edwards tells the story of Rawland Fleeks, who was convicted of robbery by force and burglary in Enid, Oklahoma. Fleeks was sentenced to 55 years in prison after the 1995 incident that involved the brutal attack of an elderly woman following eight prior felonies and four previous incarcerations. After serving just 15 years of his 55-year sentence, he is now up for parole in Garfield County. That's today's Deal of the Day.
