The Nevada Campus Protection Act, allowing licensed concealed-carry holders the right to carry firearms on college and university property, will be heard before the Assembly Judiciary Committee on June 1, 2011. Cam Edwards speaks with Amanda Collins, the victim of a brutal attack on a college campus, who testified in favor of this legislation (Senate Bill 231). Collins says her brave decision to fight for campus carry was part of the healing process because it allowed her to be able to help other people. Originally aired 5/31/2011.
