California high school teen expelled for unloaded guns off campus. John Popp and Cameron Gray talk with California Civil Rights Attorney Chuck Michel about the case of 16-year-old Gary Tudesko who had legally parked his unloaded, properly stored shotguns off campus before going to school. When an outside agency's dogs sniffed out gunpowder residue in his car, the school was called and Tudesko was expelled. The NRA and CRPA Foundation have joined forces to provide legal assistance for the high school student as he fights to be readmitted to Willows High School despite zero tolerance laws run amok.
