On tonight's Deal of the Day, Cam Edwards reports on cases where prosecutors failed in their responsibilities. In Madison County, Illinois, the chief prosecutor accepted a ruling that Fred Sedlacek,27, is unfit to stand trial for the murder of pastor Fred Winters during a church service. Edwards also cites the case of a woman who gave liquor to underage boys and showed them nude photos of herself, but due to a plea deal will not have to register as a sex offender.
